CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT
At reposavasos.es, we always ship through courier companies. To find out exactly how much your shipment will cost, it depends on the destination, the amount of the purchase and the weight of the shipment.
For purchases over 50 € to mainland Spain, shipping costs are free of charge.
Orders paid by bank transfer will not be effective until we receive the amount of the transfer in our current account. With all other methods of payment, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not to use bank transfer as a payment method.
Whenever you place an order with reposavasos.es, we will inform you by email when the order has been shipped. We will also monitor the delivery and contact you if there are any problems. That is why we ask you to provide us with a telephone number during the ordering process.
TIME AND DAY OF DELIVERY
Please note that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or public holidays. In addition, when we give you delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; we only consider national and local holidays at the place of origin.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Transport companies will be able to deliver during the agreed day before 20:00. However, an approximate time may be indicated, which the company will try to meet, but is not obliged to do so. If you cannot be reached, the transport company will try a second delivery agreed with you. If after the second attempt you are not located, you must pick up the order at the transport company's facilities.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer will have to pay again other shipping costs for the reshipment of the goods.
LIABILITY FOR DEADLINES AND CARRIER
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the transport company with which we will send you the package, but always maintaining the transit times.
The liability of reposavasos.es is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions preventing normal traffic by land, sea or air,...). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.
REGISTER AND YOUR ACCOUNT AT reposavasos.es
In the purchase process we offer you the possibility of joining reposavasos.es by registering and creating an account. By registering your identification and shipping details you will be able to speed up the process in subsequent purchases by simply selecting one of the shipping addresses you can store, and you can create several, modify them, delete them or enter new ones.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on orders over 50€.
In Andalusia the shipping cost is 5€. For the rest of the peninsular communities the shipping cost is 5,25€. For the islands or Ceuta and Melilla the shipping cost is 7€.
RETURNS POLICY
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return it at your own expense.
If you have received the wrong product (we apologise in advance), we will bear the cost of returning the product and sending you the new product as soon as possible.
Instructions for returning a product: To return a product, please contact us with your order details and your ID. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
If all the requirements are met, once we receive the order or returned product, we will proceed to refund the total amount of the order or send you a new one, depending on what you choose. Returned products must be sent using the same coasters.es box that we have sent you, or in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition and a copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package indicating the reasons for the return.
